Refund policy

Returns are accepted for *ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY* if your order arrives damaged please contact uniquedesignsbyevi@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.


Please note that the initial shipping fee is not refunded in the case of a return. Unique Designs By E VI highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Unique Designs By E VI is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Please include the following details when contacting Unique Designs By E VI in regards to a return/exchange.
1. Name and order #
2. Size and style you want in exchange (if applicable)
3. The address that you want the exchanged item sent to.
